The Stone and stucco facade is 90% complete. The vertical prefinished wood siding is complete. The two chimneys will be stone. The iron front door, the iron pool bath and the iron sliding door will be installed 7/15.
The stain grade solid Alder doors have been installed ahead of the sheetrock because we are not using casing for a clean modern finish. All of the floors are polished concrete – therefore they are now being protected with cardboard until after paint is completed. The foam insulation is started and will be fully encapsulated for maximum insulation value.
The sheetrock has been stocked and ready for installation.
The home is wired for cameras and security.
The finishes are being selected and designed including the cabinets and millwork.
The schedule is finalized for the underground propane tank, Aerobic septic, and drilling of the well.
We plan to complete the home in November, 2025.
